Then meetings will be generally be held weekly or bi-weekly for up to 60 minutes via phone, video conferencing or in-person for each confidential coaching session. In the meetings, we review the overall goal to be achieved as needed, as well as milestones that will lead to the achievement of the ultimate goal; review progress and address obstacles getting in the way of progress. The coachee will be asked a variety of empowering questions to help look at things differently, to get pointed in the right direction, to come up with action plans/assignments; and to find more positive energy and satisfaction in their work or personal life.
For Executive Coaching, additional assessments may be used and 360 interviews may be conducted. Progress reports will be reviewed with the leader’s manager and with HR if involved in the process, and adjustments to the coaching process will be made as needed.
